Many venues already have a bar or our clients rent a bar station to match their theme and vision.
Overall to secure your date we suggest at least 3 to 6 months in advance. If we have a date available, we can accommodate on much shorter notice. Keep in mind we suggest as far out as possible, especially when booking between April and October for a Saturday wedding or event. We often secure dates over one year in advance.
We will do destinations beyond our standard service areas however travel fees and accommodations will be considered.

Alcohol is not included. In compliance with California state law, only brick and mortar businesses such as liquor stores, restaurants and bars with a Alcohol Beverage Control state license can sell alcohol. We do offer a suggested alcohol shopping list for our clients convenience based on their guest count.

We take care of the shopping and provisions of applicable bar ice, juices, mixers, drink garnishes, stainless steel commercial ice bins, extension cords, generator(s), bar tools, bar station(s), umbrella(s) and more. Additionally we provide a customized cocktail bar menu and include our cocktail napkins, agave cocktail straws and our plastic proprietary cups.
We can serve up to 500 guests or more! We have numerous set up bar options and the team to most accommodate any amount of guests.
Yes, all of our bartending team are RBS (responsible beverage service) certified with the ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control). We have General and Liquor Liability insurance and for your additional protection, name you and or the venue as additionally insured on our policy.
